Welcome!

The Music Library Association (MLA) is a national organization that provides a forum for issues surrounding music, music in libraries, and music librarianship. MLA's regional chapters encourage communication and cooperation among libraries and individuals within a given region.
The Atlantic Chapter brings together members from Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and West Virginia. The Atlantic Chapter is open to anyone with an interest in music and libraries. We are librarians, support staff, performers, scholars, students and music lovers who use libraries. We hope you will consider joining our chapter. It’s a great way to network with others who do the kind of work you do and a great resource for sharing ideas.
